Always getting 0x0E status from nRF24L01?

What does it mean if I am always getting 0x0E from Nordic status register?

I understand that actually controller to nordic through SPI works and my problem is in the communication between two nordics trying to talk to each other?

If you're reading the 0x0E status, then that is correct, unless you're actually trying to do something. 0x0E is the default STATUS register value. Now, if you're trying to send or receive packets, then you would expect a status other than 0x0E. You didn't make it clear in your previous message whether or not you're just pinging the L01 or if you're actively trying to communicate over RF unsuccessfully.
