can nRF24LE1 answer to a certain input?

Postby joselalupa » Thu May 07, 2015 4:28 pm

hi, i'm going to start programming nRF24LE1 sensor but i want it to respond to an input message, let's say...if it receives "abc" from another module it should send it's message "123", is this possible? can it be in listen mode till it gets a defined message, sends it's own and then go back to listen mode? any example available??

The example code we have for the LE1 does something similar to what you want. The local unit sends a one-byte payload to the remote unit. When the remote unit receives this payload, it just sends it back to the local unit. So you could use the code and then change the behavior where the remote unit receives the payload, and there examine the contents of the payload to see if the received bytes match your string.
